Client Agreement & Waiver- This waiver outlines the terms and conditions for clients enrolling in the visa payment plan service provided by TravelWithKimmie Ltd. By agreeing to this plan, you (“the Client”) understand and accept the following: -Service Cost & Payment Schedule I understand that the total cost of my visa-related service and I agree to pay according to the payment plan I choose. You can pay anytime before or on the 25 of each month to honor your plan. +Non-Refundable Payments I acknowledge that all payments made are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of my visa application or any voluntary decision to cancel services after work has begun. This policy ensures compensation for the time and expertise invested by TravelWithKimmie Ltd. *Conditional Service Fulfillment I agree that visa services, including document preparation, guidance, and submissions, will only proceed once payments are current and in good standing. Any missed or delayed payment may result in a temporary suspension or full termination of services. *No Guarantee of Visa Approval I acknowledge and accept that TravelWithKimmie Ltd provides visa assistance services but does not guarantee visa approval. Final decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. *Client Responsibilities I agree to: • Provide accurate and complete documentation. • Respond to requests for additional information in a timely manner. • Adhere to the agreed-upon payment timeline. I understand that delays or misinformation may negatively affect my application and are solely my responsibility. *Late Payment & Termination Policy If a payment is 15 days late, a late fee of 10usd may be applied. TravelWithKimmie Ltd reserves the right to cancel or pause all services if the payment schedule is not followed. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or work already commenced. *Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved first through informal discussion. If unresolved, both parties agree to mediation before pursuing any legal action.
