Our visa Peace Of Mind Package is an optional add-on service that provides financial peace of mind during the visa application process. For a non refundable fee of 49 USD, Clients who are denied a visa may receive a 50% refund of their base visa service fee of 253 USD or apply that amount as credit toward another visa application with us.

 

Add our Visa Peace of mind Package for just 49usd.If your visa is denied, We will refund you 50% of your visa fee(126.50 USD) or you can apply it towards another visa application with us.

Eligibility

To qualify for the USA Visa Peace Of Mind Package refund or credit, you must:

  1. Have paid the full 253 USD visa service fee + 49 USD peace of mind fee, total 302 USD
  2. Submit all required documents and truthful information as instructed.
  3. Follow all application guidance provided by our team.
  4. Not have any of the following on your record:
    -Past immigration violations or overstays
    -Criminal background(minor or major, unless waived)
    -False, forged, or misleading documentation.
  5. Submit a copy of the official visa refusal paper within 7 days of receiving it.

If Denied and all Eligibility is met:

-126.50 USD (50% of visa service fee) refunded to your original payment method.
Or
-126.50 USD credit toward your next visa application with us within 6 months.

Note: The 49 USD peace of mind fee is non-refundable under all circumstances

Ineligible Situations
Refund/credit will not be granted if:

*You missed deadlines or did not respond to our requests
*You failed to disclose relevant information
*The denial was based on personal or family immigration history not shared with us
*You decide to cancel before the application

I understand and agree that the Visa Peace Of Mind Package is an optional service add-on provided by TravelWithKimmie Ltd. Designed to offer partial financial relief in the event of a visa refusal.
 
I acknowledge the following:
 

1.The service fee for the Visa peace of mind package is 49 USD, in addition to the base visa service fee of 253 USD.


2.This $49 payment is non-refundable under all circumstances.


3.If my visa application is refused by the immigration authority, I may be eligible to receive 50% of my base visa service fee ($126.50) either as:
•A refund to my original payment method, or

•A credit toward another visa application through TravelWithKimmie Ltd. to be used within 1 year.


4.I understand that eligibility for the refund or credit is based on:
•Providing complete, truthful, and accurate information.
•Submitting all required documents by the deadlines.
•Following the application guidance of TravelWithKimmie Ltd.

•Having no known immigration violations, criminal history, or history of fraudulent documentation.


5.I agree to provide a copy of my official visa refusal letter within 7 calendar days of the refusal to initiate a refund or credit request.
 
6.I acknowledge that this is not an insurance product, and TravelWithKimmie Ltd. is not an insurance provider. This guarantee is a goodwill-based refund policy governed by the terms above.

1. Is this an insurance policy?
No, This is not an insurance policy. It is an optional service offered by Travelwithkimmie Ltd. To increase client peace of mind.
 
2. Can I get the 49usd back if my visa is approved?
No. The 49usd is a service fee and is non-refundable regardless of the outcome
 
3. What happens if I don’t qualify for the refund?
If the denial is due to misinformation, missing documents, or ineligibility based on your background, unfortunately, you wont qualify for the refund. That’s why we encourage clients to be 100% honest and responsive. 
 
4. Can I use the refund for another country’s visa?
Yes, the 50% refund can be applied as a credit toward any visa service we offer, as long as it’s within 1 year.
